It is our wish to support our community in times of emergency, and particularly in the present while we are hugely impacted by the current pandemic. Those who are needing to work from home, may also have compromised immune systems and/or heightened health/lifestyle anxiety.
They may be stressed parents having to balance work and home education or might be caring or concerned about their own loved ones in isolation. Your employees may be experiencing heightened mental health issues as we move through this difficult time, and we feel that we are uniquely placed to offer mental health support to them.
Adapted from our original EAP ‘Wellness at Work’ model, we have created a number of packages which will hopefully suit your businesses needs, or if not you may consider a Diamond package where we can create something more bespoke to you.
All packages are emergency specific, and following the current crisis will be reviewed in collaboration with the employer and transferred to the most appropriate package within our regular EAP scheme; for example to include full 50-minute counselling sessions where required.
